Classification

All our flats are classified. We distinguish between luxury (*****), first class (****), middle class (***), standard (**) and simple (*) apartments.
Price per day for the apartment including alt surcharges (cleaning, bed linen, electricity, parking, pets etc.) excluding Localtaxes.
Verbal agreements regarding the rental of furnished flats are Legally binding as a contract.

However, we recommend to all tenants and Landlords that they draw up a written rent contact.
